Audrey Mae Lootens Smith, loving wife, mother, and grandmother passed away February 22, 2006.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Phil; Marcia, Brad, Katie and Shelby Bishop, Matthew and Michelle Smith, Elizabeth, Justin and Jake Smith; and numerous family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Mark.
Memorial services will be celebrated at 2 p.m. today, February 26, in Holland Lodge #1, 4911 Montrose Blvd., Houston, TX.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Knights Templar Eye Foundation in memory of Audrey Smith at (847) 490-3838.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
