S. Lance(Butch)Greider, age 65, of Sturgis, MI., Died Wednesday February 7, 2007, at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Mi. He was born in South Bend, In. a son of John A. and Evelyn E.(Hudzinski) Greider and graduated from Riley High School in South Bend. On February 7, 1960, he married Hannah Lee Holdrew in Elkhart, In. They moved to Michigan in 1970. He was a dispatcher for C.M. & E. Trucking, and E.& J.Freight Lines. He had also been employed at Cleveland Cotton Products, and Continental Linen Co. Most recently, he was self employed, building costom golf carts and lawn mowers. Surviving are four children, Dawn(Ray) Bohm of Sturgis, Tammy Grueger of MIshawaka, In, Lance Greider Jr. of Sturgis, and John (Sharon) Greider of Edwardsburg, MI. Eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two brother, Sherman(Mary) Greider of Leonidas, Mi. and Brian(Fran) Greider of Three Rivers, MI. and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John in 2004 and Evelyn in 1992, his wife, Hannah in 2004, a sister, Barbara Colburn in 1994, and a brother, David in 1958. He was creamated and his ashes will be interned in Mendon Cemetery, Mendon, MI.
