Patsy A. Norman, 85, of Mishawaka, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Creekside Village.

Patsy was born May 7th, 1934 in Mishawaka, Indiana, to Harry and Pearl (Miller) Shinn.

Patsy retired in 2006 after working as a Secretary/Bookkeeper at Ziolkowski Construction Co. for 6 years and 13 years at Fordson/Universal Painting. 

Surviving is her sister, Jane Shinn of Mishawka; and close friends Larry & Gail Snyder.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 11-12 Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Palmer Funeral Home- Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan St. South Bend, 46614.

Funeral services will immediately follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Ben Webb officiating.

Burial will be at Southlawn Cemetery.
