Pat was born on December 19, 1935 to Robert F. Guthrie and Erma M. (Klebusits) Guthrie. She married Clifton George Mosely. They had two children, Eric Terrence Mosely and Lisa Renee Mosely.

Burial was in Highland Cemetery.
