Josephine Anna "Joanne" Klingerman (Pasman)
GOSHEN – Josephine “Joanne” (Pasman) Klingerman, 79, passed away at Hartford Hospital on Saturday, April 18, 2015 following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Richard Klingerman.
Joanne was born in South Bend, Indiana, on January 26, 1936, daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine (Korner) Pasman.
She had worked at Torrington Specialty Products for many years.
Joanne was an avid UCONN fan, and a member of the Litchfield Grange, Bantam Ladies Auxillary and the Litchfield Antique Car Club.
She gave a great deal of her time to many of the area’s non-profit organizations.
Joanne is survived by two daughters, Debra Sue Klingerman and Diane Schuster; and a grandson, Gunnar Schuster, all of Goshen.
Joanne was a wonderful wife, good mother and grandmother.
She will be remembered by many for the cards and letters which she sent over the years.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, at Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield. Burial will be private.
