SOUTH BEND - D.W. was the son of E.W. and Pauline Fenn. D.W. leaves a wife, Mickey Fenn; a sister, Nancy Hoffmann; a brother, James Fenn; two daughters, Keinith Fenn and Carrie Schilperoort; two grandsons and two granddaughters.

D.W. graduated from Riley High School in 1961, and was in the Marine Corps for three years.

He was a member of the South Bend Police Department and the Huntington (CA) Police Department. He obtained his college degree from Redlands College. He had resided in Colorado Springs the past 20 years. Services in Colorado Springs.
