Diana Lynn (Coleman) Betzer
March 4, 1952 - March 3, 2012
Diana Lynn Betzer, 59, residing in Mishawaka, IN passed away at 6:40 PM Saturday, March 3, 2012 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka. She was born on March 4, 1952 in St. Joseph County to the late Albert and Geraldine (Sweet) Coleman. On August 7, 1971 in South Bend, IN she married Hubert A. Betzer, Sr. who survives.
Along with her loving husband, Hubert; Diana is survived by her son, Hubert A. Betzer, Jr. of South Bend; her daughter DeLores F. Betzer of Mishawaka; one granddaughter, Miriah L. Campbell of Mishawaka and sister, Betty (Richard) Baxter of Mishawaka and their children, Ted Baxter and Rosemary Baxter. Diana also leaves special friends, Larry and Tammy Sandefur and their children, Tina "Sassy", Shylene and Amber. Two sisters, Penny Ramsy and Ruth Witz; and one brother, Edward Coleman, all preceded Diana in death.
Diana worked for Majestic Security for eight years. She enjoyed going to the Farmer's Market; loved Elvis; and enjoyed knitting. Diana enjoyed doing for others.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave, South Bend. Burial will follow in Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend, IN. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 AM until time of services on Wednesday in the funeral home.
