Earl G. Gervais

SOUTH BEND - Earl G. Gervais Sr., 68, was born in South Bend, graduating from Riley High School in 1958 and IIT Chicago and DeVry Tech in 1961.

He was owner operator for 30 years of "Earl's TV" in Naperville, IL. In 2003 he moved to The Villages, FL. He was an avid square dancer, softball and RV enthusiast, a motorcyclist and outdoorsman.

He is survived by his wife, Ellie; sons, Earl Jr., Aurora, IL; Frank, Oswego, IL; Glenn, Plano, IL; and Steven, South Bend; daughters, Janet Jachim, Bakersfield, CA; Ruth Cope, Plano, IL; Ann Denis, Spanaway, WA; and Elizabeth Baird, McKinny, TX; stepsons, Dennis Doormann, Geneva, IL; and Dean Doormann, Avon, CT; 24 grand-children and two great-grandchildren; and siblings, Eleanor Tengelitch, South Bend; Raymond Gervais, Mishawaka; and Virginia Waggoner, South Bend.

A celebration of the Mass was held in St. Mark's RC Church in Florida. Donations may be made to Hospice of Marian Co., PO Box 4860, Ocala, FL 34478-4860.
