Later, he worked in manufacturing and agriculture, his last position Risk Manager handling safety and insurance for a large agribusiness corporation. A man of many talents, he was a self-taught skilled carpenter who could design and build about anything, including small boats. With an appreciation of fit, function and detail, Wesley extensively remodeled his homes. He also had a passion for cars, especially Studebakers and Cadillacs, and ones for reading, camping, and sailing. Most of all, he loved his family.
