Sarah (Goldner) Pomeranz

Mrs. Sarah Pomeranz 90, of Indianapolis, formerly of South Bend, passed away at 11:10 p.m. Monday in St. Vincent's Hospital, Indianapolis of natural causes. She was born on September 23, 1917, in South Bend to Isaac & Rose Goldner.

She was married for over 60 years to Abraham H. Pomeranz.

Mrs. Pomeranz is survived by a son Tom (Diane) Pomeranz and a daughter Barbara (Carlos) Goldberg all of Indianapolis; a sister Blanche Rosenberg of South Bend; three granddaughters Amy (Eric) Essley and Laura (Brian) Crum of Indianapolis, Heather (#1SG Ronald) Taylor of Anchorage, Alaska; great-grandchildren Isabelle and Rylan Crum, Maxwell and Phineas Essley of Indianapolis, Delaney Taylor of Anchorage Alaska and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held today at 1:00pm in the Chapel at Hebrew Orthodox Cemetery, on the corner of Jefferson and Logan, Mishawaka, IN. (enter on Calhoun St. one block east of Logan south off Jefferson). Donations can be made in Sarah's name to the Hebrew Orthodox Congregation, 3207 S.
