Genevieve (Kifowit) Shreve

SOUTH BEND - Services for Genevieve Shreve, 76, of 1018 Roberts St., who died at 7:10 p.m. Friday in Meridian Nursing Center-Cardinal, will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Life Station Youth Camp, Mishawaka.

Mrs. Shreve retired in 1978 from South Bend Community School Corp. as a laundress at Adams High School after 17 years of service. She was born July 8, 1917, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

She is survived by a daughter, Nancy M. Belting of Mishawaka; a sister, Geneva Kifowit of South Bend; and three brothers, George Kifowit of South Bend, Ralph Kifowit of Cassopolis and John Kifowit of Granger.
