Mary (Medich) Rose
Mary Medich Rose, 80, of Valparaiso, formerly of South Bend and Tucson, AZ, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Robert Steven Rose. Mary was born December 22, 1929 in South Bend to George and Mary (Muriel) Medich.

Surviving are daughter, Pamela (Larry) Cunningham of Porter, IN; son, John (Ellen) Rose of Pittsburgh, PA; four grandchildren: Robert (Cara) Cunningham of Valparaiso, Kristen (Michael) Bielema of Round Lake, IL and Megan and Erin Rose of Pittsburgh, PA; great granddaughter, Rachael Rose Bielema of Round Lake, IL; sister, Betty (Fred) Barker; brother, George (Charlene) Medich; brothers-in-law: Mike and Bill Rose; sister-in-law, Marilyn Fabbri; and many nieces and nephews.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and sisters: Millie Elliott and Helen Ullom; brothers: Nick and Fred Medich; brother-in-law, Aldo Fabbri; and sister-in-law, Germaine Rose. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.
