Virginia Anne (Clayton) Caldwell April 8, 1959 - Sept. 8, 2015 SOUTH BEND - Virginia Anne (Clayton) Caldwell, 56, Peru, IN, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. Virginia was born on April 8, 1959, in South Bend, IN, to Herbert, Jr. and Maryrose (Leisure) Clayton. Her parents preceded her in death.
Virginia graduated from Riley High School, South Bend, IN, in 1977. She was the Lead Fuel Center Clerk at Kroger Grocery, Peru, IN.
Virginia is survived by her two sons, Connor Caldwell, Brandon Caldwell, both of Peru, IN; two brothers, Kelly Clayton, South Bend, IN, Michael (Linda) Clayton, Hobart, IN; and one sister, Candy (Doug) Eastman, South Bend, IN. She is also survived by her 3 loving dogs, Buddy, Si and Sparkles.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Clayton and Herbert Clayton.
A Memorial Service will be at a later date. Burial will be at Ferrisville Cemetery, Mishawaka, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an account established by the family: www.gofundme.com/virginiacaldwell. McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, IN, is entrusted with the arrangements.
