Raymond A. Beyer

Raymond A, Beyer, 84, of Cooper Ct., South Bend, Ind., died at 4:35 p m on Tuesday. Nov 3, in his residence. Mr. Beyer was born on May 21, 1913, in South Bend, to Otto and Emilie (Ludeke) Beyer, and was a lifetime area resident.

On Feb. 28, 1936, in South Bend. he married Margaret R. Andrews, who survives. He is also survived by a daughter, Rebecca Miller of Lancaster. S.C., a son. Terry R. Beyer of South Bend; five grandchildren: and by a sister. Helen Warren of South Bend.

Mr. Beyer retired from Studebaker Corp. and Clark Equipment Co as a model maker. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday in the Welsheimer Funeral Home. 521 N. William St., with Rev. Ross Cook of Grace United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, Ind. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
