LAHR Raymond, 59, Falls Church, Va., died Thursday at Baltimore, Md. Former Lincoln resident. Born South Bend, Ind. Worked with UPI in Lincoln late 1930s, early 1940s. Recently worked with UPI in Washington, D.C., covering Capitol Hill.
