Marion Janet (Plant) Ritter

Mrs. Marion Janet Ritter , 79, of Regency Place passed away at 11:40 p.m., Tues, in Regency Place, after an illness. She was born on Oct. 15, 1916, in South Bend, to the late Isaac and Eva "Moon" Plant. Before her marriage on Sept. 7, 1947, in South Bend, to Oakley Donn Ritter, who preceded her in death on Jan. 9, 1994, she worked as a buyer for the former Robertson's Department Store for 20 years, after which she worked for Burgman Pharmacy for 13 years.

She is survived by two daughters, Nancy S Richards and Sherrie A Dill; and two grandchildren, Nicholas and Bryan Dill.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert C Plant, in 1983.

Private services will be held at Riverview Cemetery, with Rev. Bruce Haapalanien, of Westminster Presbyterian Church, officiating
