Sunrise began April 20, 2006 he was born to Lashanda Bell and Arthur Lattimore Jr.
Noelle attended South Bend Public Schools upon moving to Georgia he attended Riverdale High School for his freshman year. Where he was Honored JV Homecoming King. This is also where he found his passion for Football. Noelle came back to spend the summer with his family and got a job at Culver's, as summer ended he made the choice to forfeit his football season at Riverdale High to attend Riley High School with his baby sister to help guide her through her freshman year.
Noelle was selfless he was taught to love people, always look a man in the eyes, he would always say yes ma'am, no sir. He greeted his elders with a hug, a smile and respect at all times. Noelle loved dogs, video games, basketball and football and he wanted to be a mechanic. He was affectionally called Sam and Scuff by his grannies. The protector of his little sister, the loving thorn to his big sister's side and his mother's boy. Noelle was A awesome, loving, and carefree teenager.

Services honoring the Love of Noelle will be held on Saturday October 29, 2022 at 2 PM at Greater St. Matthew Life Changing Ministries, 2507 Marquette Blvd. South Bend, Indiana 46628. Friends may visit with the family an hour prior. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted with Alford’s Mortuary.
