Linda Marie DeCicco died in her home on February 26 from ovarian cancer. She was born October 15, 1951, to Polly and Michael DeCicco in Newark, New Jersey. Both are deceased. She is survived by her Magnificent Seven: Satchel Vincenzo Warnell and Benjamin Reece Warnell of South Bend; Lila Jane Sekerka and Luke Alexander Sekerka of Rye, New York; and Beckett Richard Fini, Harper Marie Fini, and Hunter Ray Fini of Mishawaka; and their magnificent parents Jessica McManus Warnell, Doug Warnell, Angela Sekerka, Bill Sekerka, Erin Fini and Brad Fini. She is also survived by her sisters and brothers: Michele (John) Kovatch, Nick (Sandy) DeCicco, Della (Jim) Dewald and Michael (Lori) DeCicco. Linda would also like to thank her sweetheart William O’Rourke, all the nurses at the Infusion Center at Memorial Hospital, the staff at Center for Hospice Care, her therapist Susan Sandock and her oncologist Dr. LaToya Perry. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations to Broadway Christian Church, 1412 Carroll St., South Bend, IN 46613 will assure food for the hungry and companionship in times of need.
