Phyllis C. (Clemans) Kaetzer

Phyllis C. Kaetzer, 66, passed away at 12:33 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend following a brief illness. Phyllis was born on August 3, 1947 in South Bend to the late Chester and Naomi (Cherryholmes) Clemans. She has been a lifelong resident. On August 20, 1966 in South Bend, she married William L. Kaetzer who survives. Phyllis was the former co-owner and operator of Flowers By Stephen.
Along with her loving husband of 47 years, Bill, survivors include her daughter, Kim (Brent Perkins) Miller of South Bend; son, Brian (Mary Logan) Kaetzer of South Bend; four grandchildren, Chad Miller, Cara (Kody) Manns, Cody Kaetzer, and Caitlin Kaetzer; twin great grandsons, Alexander and Jacob Roth; and two sisters, Susan Henderson of Mishawaka and Patricia Baba of White Pigeon, MI.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 13, 2013 at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan Street, South Bend. Rev. Jim Mobus will officiate. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Friday.
