SOUTH BEND - Charles DeVleeschower, 65, of South Bend, died Thursday, February 7, 2013 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka. He was born April 2, 1947 in South Bend to the late Charles V. and Ella Kirsits DeVleeschower.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jo DeVleeschower. Charles is survived by a son, Michael John DeVleeschower of San Antonio Texas, and a grandson, Michael Adrian. He retired as a Tool & Die Maker in South Bend.
He graduated from Riley High School and belonged to the Water Fowl USA and Ducks Unlimited.
There will be no services or visitation, and cremation will be in Welsheimer Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to Mutual Bank, 4100 Edison Lakes Parkway, Mishawaka, IN 46544 to help defray funeral expenses. E-mail condolences may be made at www.welsheimer.com.
