Brenda Faye Stanfield Kemp passed away peacefully on December 22, 2022, in Mishawaka Indiana. Brenda was born on March 22, 1949, in Union City, TN to the late Layton and Glendora (Finch) Stanfield.
Brenda was preceded in death by her husband Roy W. Kemp; Son Richard J. Wyrick and brother, Billy Stanfield. Also preceding her in death are several beloved uncles and aunts; Carnell Little, Cecil Kingrey, Edward Finch and James Finch, Lucille Finch, Leenna Dunn and Sue Little.
Surviving Brenda are her Aunts; Johnnie Lucky, Nell Kingrey, Betty Joe Harris, Sharon Finch and Naomi Finch, Uncles Jack Harris and Robert Finch. Brenda is also survived by special friends; Sue Vervynckt, Nancy Mitchell, Thia Johnson and Sister-in-law Corine Kemp and by her beloved dog Cowboy who was the light of her life.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society of St. Joseph County, 2506 Grape Road, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
Services will take place on Friday, December 30, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) at the Chapel Mausoleum at Graceland Cemetery, 1505 Morthland Drive, Valparaiso, IN. Pastor Jeremy Bell will officiate the services.
