Robert "RP" Peli, 65, completed his life's journey 9/22/07. His wife Sandy and his "girls", Lisa, Beth and Jen saw him off with a suitcase packed with endless love and wonderful memories.

 

He began his journey in South Bend, IN, 6/11/42. Eldest son of Helen and John and older brother to John Eric. He lived in Tampa, FL, but called the South Bay in CA, his home for 31 years, having moved there to be near his children. Three more "girls" were added to his family over the past 10 year, Tessa, the twinkle in his eyes and the heartbeat you could see; Chloe, his best Christmas present ever and Scarlett, his newest who was about to begin her relationship with "Papa". His compassion for people and animals was enormous. He was a true friend to many, young and old alike. He loved laughter and if he could put a smile on your face, he had done his job. RP had just begun a new chapter in his life at Trilogy/Vistancia and left behind many new friends. His ashes will be returned to the ocean he loved. The last leg of his journey will be accompanied by his faithful dogs Gus and Jasmine who will walk with him to heaven.
