Charles Lee Wasoski, Sr.

September 30, 1941       ~       June 10, 2005

Charles Lee Wasoski, Sr., age 63 of Pennsville died Friday, June 10, 2005 at the Christina Hospital. Born in South Bend, IN, he was the son of Albert and Irene (Polklinkowski) Wasoski. Charles was a longtime Pennsville resident.

He was employed as a carpenter for the DuPont Chambers Works, where he retired in 1996 following over 20 years of service. He was a member of the DuPont Veterans Association.

He was a Vietnam Army Veteran and was a member of the Pennsville VFW and the American Legion Fishing Club.

He is survived by his wife, Irmgard E. Plohmann Wasoski, sons:  Charles L, Wasoski, Jr, of Pennsauken, NJ, John A. Wasoski of Bradenton, FL and stepson Kurt Rosa of Cherry Point, NC; brothers: Richard V., Ken, and Fred Wasoski; sisters: Eldona Cabinaw, Loretta Royce, and Liz Johnson, all of South Bend, IN and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday June 14, at the LAUGHREY FUNERAL HOME, Pennsville, where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 M. Burial will follow at the  Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ.
