Bruce Edward Fettel (1957)

Bonnie was my dearest, closest cousin. We were the same age and were in the same classes together at Riley. We led the Teachers to believe that we were twins, particularly when they seated us alphabetically in the classroom. She was the sweatest person I ever knew. She also was the best pianoist I have ever heard. She and her sister Jeanne Fettel Clauser accompanied her Tenor singing husband, Larry Whiteford as they traveled around the country perfotming. I loved her so very much and miss her dearly.

Love you Bonnie.

Bruce Fettel

Marcia Rose Huffman (Stroup) (1957)

Bonnie Whitewford welcomed me to Riley the 2nd semester of my Sophmore year.  We met in Jr. High School at our church and shared many fun overnights and Sunday afternoons together at our homes.  Bonnie lived two doors away from Dale Stroup and suggested to him that he consider asking me out for a date.  He was a very good athlete at Riley H.S.  We met at a very young age, dated for 5 years and then married.  Bonnie and I were in each other's weddings and celebrated many good times together.  She was President of Student Council and also a leader of the Youth for Christ Club at Riley. She was also a Class Officer of 1957 for many years.  Bonnie and I were together at the last 1957 Reunion at Riley H.S. and that is the last time I saw her because we live in Huntington Beach, CA.  Till we meet again, dear friend, I send my love and memories of our many times together.  Maybe you can meet me at the Western Gate and take me my first tour of heaven.
