Edward L. Bronsing

Edward L. Bronsing, 58, of 2526 MacArthur, died at 7:55 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Hospital after an eight-month illness. Bronsing was a design draftsman at the Bendix Corp. Born on April 16, 1917, in Webb City, Mo., he had lived here 53 -years, coming from Tilton, Ill. On Nov. 9, 1957, he married Marjorie McGriffin, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Jeffrey of Pierceton and Douglas at home; a daughter, Jenny, at home; a sister, Mrs. Louise Smoot of South Bend and a half-brother, Leo of Dania, Fla.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Little Flower Catholic Church. Rev. George Coulon, C.S.C., pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. 

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the Forest G. Hay and Son Funeral Home, 435 S. Ironwood.

Bronsing was a World War II veteran and a member of Valley Lodge 438, F&M, and the American Turners.
