Harriet A. (Peterman) Hamilton

SOUTH BEND — Services for Harriet A. Hamilton, 77, of 3208 S. St. Joseph St., who died at 10:45 p.m. Sun-day in her home, will be at noon Wednesday at Guisinger Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be at Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County Inc.

Mrs. Hamilton was born March 6, 1913, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. On Nov. 1, 1935, in Mishawaka, as Harriet A. Peterman, she married Eugene M. Hamilton. He survives with a daughter, Mary Ann Fenn of West Lafayette, Ind.; a son, James A. of Canandaique, N V , six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a sister, Pearl Mechling of New Carlisle.

She was a member of Twin City Violet Club and Slate African Violet Society.
