SOUTH BEND - Scott Charles Milbourn, 45, residing in South Bend, passed away at 6:05 a.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2009, in Ironwood Health & Rehabilitation Center. He was born February 27, 1964, in South Bend, to Forest "Butch" and Susan Scott Milbourn, and remained a lifelong resident.
He was a graduate of James Whitcomb Riley High School.
Scott loved to drive truck and was employed with Star Transport, and was previously employed by the City of South Bend Street Dept. for 10 years.
He is survived by three daughters, Traci Milbourn of Mishawaka, and twins, Nichole and Kaylee Milbourn of South Bend. Also surviving are his parents, Forest "Butch" and Susan Milbourn of South Bend; a sister, Cindy S. Marino of South Bend; his grandfather, Vern G. Scott of Surprise, AZ; two nephews, Daniel and Nathan Marino; an aunt, Peggy (Ron) Akin of Surprise, AZ; and an uncle, Richard (Sandy) Scott of North Liberty.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 27th, in Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend. Graveside services and burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday in the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel.
