Lillian (Amm) Kennedy

SOUTH BEND — Lillian Kennedy, 77, of Fairington Circle, died at 9:41 a.m. Tuesday in Memorial HospitaL Mrs. Kennedy was a typist and employee of the former Associates Investment Co.

She was born April 28, 1914, in South Bend and lived in South Bend most of her life. As Lillian Amm, she married Arthur Barth. He died in 1943. Her second husband, Wallace Kennedy, died in 1969. She is survived by three sons, Phil Kennedy and Steve Kennedy, both of South Bend, and John Barth of Houston; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Dorothy Amm of South Bend.

She was a member of Gold Star Wives of America and attended Southside Christian Church. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Guisinger Colonial Chapel Funeral Home.
