Welladean Weber. 70, died at 12:47 p.m. Sunday in Memorial Hospital. She was a bookkeeper for the ticket office at the University of Notre Dame. retiring in 1978, and was formerly employed at Associates Investment Corp., retiring in 1970. Born Nov. 4, 1914, In Argos, she lived in the northern Indiana area most of her life.

On April 21, 1938, in South Bend, she married John H. Weber. He survives with a daughter, Marilyn J. Dye of Dowagiac; a son, William T. Weber of South Bend; 11 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and three brothers, Edwin T. Umbaugh of Sebring, FL., A. Wayne Umbaugh of Palatine, IL, and Maurice E. Umbaugh of Little Rock, AK.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Matthew Cathedral and burial will follow in SL Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St., where a parish rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the church, the St. Vincent de Paul Society or the Berrien County Cancer Society.
