SOUTH BEND — Albert E. Vin-cent, 78, of 1363 Mishawaka Ave., died at 5 p.m. Monday in his home after an illness. Mr. Vincent retired in 1977 as an electrician for Excel Co. and was also a self-employed electrician. He was born June 6, 1914, in St. Joseph County and was a lifelong area resident.

He is survived by a sister, Dorothy Turnock of South Bend; a brother, It. Dean of Kentucky; and seven nephews. He was a veteran of World War IL Cremation will take place. Forest
