PLYMOUTH — Richard A. Snyder, 82, of Mayflower Care Center, died at 10:40 p.m. Friday in the center. Mr. Snyder had been employed with South Bend Current Controller (Koontz-Wagner Electric). He was born Oct. 25, 1913, in South Bend, living in Plymouth since 1947. On Jan. 4, 1947, he married Agnes Hite Kleckner. She survives with a son, Tom Kleckner of Plymouth; two grandchildren; four great-grand-children; and a brother, Robert of Chapman Lake, Ind.
He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Van Gilder Funeral Home. Burial will be in New Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
