DAYTON, OH - A memorial service to celebrate the life of Helen Kotzenmacher will be held at Hahn Funeral Home, Mishawaka, on Saturday, June 22 at 11:00 AM. Helen was born in South Bend on July 22, 1917. She died in Dayton, Ohio on November 20, 2012 (age 95). The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to The Hospice Foundation, 4220 Edison Lakes Pkwy., Ste. 210, Mishawaka, IN 46545-1440.
