Tiffany A. Cochran April 18, 1988 - July 10, 2014 SOUTH BEND - Tiffany A. Cochran, 26, residing in South Bend, passed away at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. She was born April 18, 1988 in South Bend to Timothy & Lois (Patesel) Cochran, and has remained a lifelong resident.
She graduated from James Whitcomb Riley High School.
Tiffany is survived by her daughter, Hope M. Blad, her mother and step-father, Lois & Alan Guerra of South Bend; her father and step-mother, Timothy & Martha Cochran of New Carlisle; two sisters, Amber Patesel of Fort Wayne, IN; Savannah Cochran of New Carlisle, IN; two brothers, Greg Cochran of Connersville, IN; and James Cochran of New Carlisle, IN. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Geneva Weesner and Donald Patesel both of South Bend, and her paternal grandmother, Joan Cochran of Rushville, IN.
Tiffany was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Herman Cochran in 1972.
Services celebrating the life of Tiffany Cochran will be at noon Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
