EDWARDSBURG - Patricia A. (Peyton) Jeziorski, 81, passed away at 4:09 pm Friday, June 6, 2014, in her residence. Patricia was born on February 22, 1933, in Valley City, North Dakota, to John and Sophia (Harrington) Peyton.

On May 6, 1967, in South Bend, she married Raymond Jeziorski, who survives along with 2 children, Louie (Cindy) Stremme and Connie Lemasters; 7 stepchildren, Marlene Orszulak, Linette Blessing, Victoria (Dan) Johns, Raymond (Deb) Jeziorski, Donna (Edward) Rodino, Pamela (Bruce) Balestri and Denise Chamness; 26 grandchildren: David (Ashley) Stremme, Bobby (Crystal) Stremme, Tony (Michelle) Nowak, Matt (Stacey) Nowak, Ashley (Mark) Conley, Hannah Jones, Austin Lemasters, Dawn Orszulak, Matt Blessing, Nina Blessing, Sara (Alex) Coker, Sheena (Drew) Tyler, Daniel Jeziorski, Tyler Jeziorski, Edward "Tony" Rodino, Lindsey Rodino, Vincent Rodino, Amber Balestri, Lauren Balestri, Neil (Patricia') Chamness, Nicole (Zachary) Haupert, Branden (Alexis) Chamness, Brittany Chamnes, and Brooke Chamness; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Paulette "Fifi" Nelson and Peggy Rebello; and brother, John "Jack" Peyton.

Patricia was preceded in death by a son, Richard Stremme, two daughters, Debra Nowak and Kathleen Galloway, sister, Mary McDonald, and two brothers, Leo Peyton and Francis Peyton.

Pat resided for 27 years on Behney Avenue in Mishawaka before moving to her current residence in Edwardsburg. She graduated from Our Lady of Hungary Grade School and Riley High School, and was a proud homemaker who loved caring for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Patricia was an avid reader and loved her chocolate kisses and Oreos.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30 pm Tuesday, June 10, 2014, in Our Lady of the Lake Church. Family and friends may call from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm Tuesday in the church. Cremation will follow. Zahoran Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Our Lady of the Lake Church.
