SOUTH BEND - Ronald A. Shreve, 51, of South Bend, IN, passed away Friday, February 6, 2009, in his home. He previously worked for Allied Products. Ron was born on Nov. 5, 1957, in South Bend, IN, to Jay Shreve and Shirley (Vicsek) Shreve, and remained a lifelong resident.
Ron is survived by three sons, Jason Shreve of Granger, Aaron Shreve of Jacksonville, FL, and Ian Shreve of Syracuse, NY; his father, Jay Shreve of South Bend; his mother, Shirley (Jerry) Darling of Mishawaka; two brothers, Ken (Jean) Shreve of South Bend and Craig Shreve of Mishawaka; and two nephews, Zach (Ashley) Shreve and Ben Shreve.
Ron was a 1976 graduate of Riley High School. .
The greatest love of his life were his sons. Ron was an avid fisherman and hunter.
