Sam F. Kambol. 46. a former South,Bend resident. died Saturday-in his home. 220 Briar Cliff. St. Clair Shores, Mich., after being ill for some time with a heart ailment. Born in South Bend on June 20. 1913. he had lived here 24 years and was employed by the former Studebaker Corp. Twelve years ago he left here and become a styling engineer for the Fisher Body Division of General Motors Corp., Detroit. He was married in Detroit in 1951,

His wife, Bernice, survives with four children, Steve and Mona. at home. Mrs. Patricia Meade and. Sam F. Jr.: two sisters, Mrs. Rose Muia and Mrs. Millie Dattilo; and two brothers, Donald and Natalie, all of South Rend. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wed-, nesday in the Kaul Funeral Home, Roseville, Mich.
