Cheryl L. Fozo
Cheryl L. Fozo, 71, residing in South Bend, Indiana passed away on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
Cheryl was born on May 27, 1948 in South Bend to the late Julius Fozo, Jr. and Betty E. (Powell) Fozo, and has been a lifelong resident of this area, graduating from James Whitcomb Riley High School. The joy and blessing of her heart were her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, gardening, and had a heart of compassion in meeting the needs of others. Cheryl retired from Tire Rack after working for 25 years as a Customer Service Representative. She attended River Valley Church, Mishawaka.
Cheryl is survived by her two daughters, Dawn M. Belledin and Tamara S. McDonald, both of South Bend; grandchildren, Cody D. McDonald, Elaina M. McDonald, Jacob R. McDonald, Braden E. Belledin, and Faith M. Belledin; and her four sisters, Cindy L. (Mark) Sickmiller of Ohio, Becky A. Snyder of South Bend, Sue E. Fozo of South Bend, and Amy J. (Jeff) Szymanski of Virginia. Cheryl was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie L. Belledin.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Palmer Funeral Home Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan Street, South Bend, IN 46614 beginning at 5:00 PM and continuing till 8:00 PM, with closing prayers at 8:00 PM.
