God Grant me the Serenity to Accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things I can. And the Wisdom to know the difference. SOUTH BEND - Judith A. Kramer, 52, of South Bend, passed away Sunday morning, October 21st. She was born September 15, 1955, at Fort Campbell, KY, to Robert M. and Norma J. (White) Hill. Judith was preceded in death by her father, Robert M. Hill, and a brother, Jeffrey Alan Hill.

She is survived by her loving mother, Norma J. Hill of Mishawaka; daughter, Stephanie Witkamp (Daan) of South Bend; and step-grand-children, Kiersten and Caitlyn; and a brother, David Hill of Indiana. Also left to cherish her memory are her former husband, Mark Kramer of South Bend, and her companion, Tom Ludwig of New Buffalo, MI.

Judith was a CPA in South Bend, owning her company. She graduated in 1973 from South Bend Riley High School and after high school began her higher education at Indiana University and received a degree in accounting. She attended Granger Community Church and was a member of The Indiana CPA Society.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 26th, in the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Road, with Rev. Larry Whitehead and burial will follow at Saint Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hanna's House or to the Center for the Homeless.

She was "the light of our life," very Spiritual, Loving, generous, kind and full of life. Her journey in life was short but well lived. She enjoyed her family and friends very much, Holidays, Travel, the beach, cookouts self awareness, and reading, shopping "Our little fashion Guru" she is in our heart and soul.
