Marcella R. (Kamp) Ginter

June 24, 1955     -     January 17, 2022

Marcella (Marcie) R. Ginter, 66, of South Bend, passed away suddenly on Monday, January 17th in her home.

Marcie was born on June 24, 1955, to the late Myron R. and Dora (Schosker) Kamp in South Bend. She is survived by sons: Matthew J. (Jennifer) of Osceola, IN, Douglas W. of Lexington, KY and Joel T. Ginter of Mishawaka, IN and five (5) loving grandchildren, Mackinzie, Cael, Ethan, Alaina and Brody Ginter. Also, surviving her sister, Pam Jablonski of LaPorte, IN and her cousin, Caro-Lynn Ford of Henderson, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Gregory Kamp.

Marcie loved being with her family, spending time with her grandbabies, watching soap operas and movies.

The family would like memorial contribution to be made in Marcie’s name to the National Kidney Association, 911 East 86th Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240 or to Center of Hospice Care, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545.

The family will have a visitation on Saturday, January 22nd from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Hanley and Sons Funeral Home “Southwest Chapel” located at 23421 State Road 23/West Ireland Road in South Bend.
