Joan (Northrup) Neldigh

April 5, 1929 - April 7, 1998

Joan Northrup Neidigh, 69, of 1013 Powderhorn Drive, Simpsonville, S.C., died on Tuesday, April 7, 1998. Born in South Bend, Ind., a daughter of the late Walter Leroy and Esther Helen Roy Northrup, she was a homemaker and a Methodist. She graduated from Riley High School and attended Indiana University, South Bend. 

She is survived by her husband, James Harrison Neidigh of the home; two daughters, Sandra N. Laudenslayer of Norcross, Ga., and Sherry B. Neidigh of Charlotte, N.C.; and by a grandson.

Omit flowers. Memorials may be made to the Cancer Society of Greenville County, 113 Mills Avenue, Greenville, S.C. 29605. A private memorial service was held on Thursday. Burial will be at a later date in Sumption Prairie Cemetery, North Liberty, Ind. The Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Greenville, is handling arrangements.
