SOUTH BEND - Andrew J. Michalak, 44, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016 in his home.
Andy was born October 24, 1971 in South Bend to Patricia Michalak (Wesolowski) and William Michalek, they survive along with a brother, William, and sister-in-law, Beth of Indianapolis; nieces, Delaney and Elli; nephew, Jett Michalak; and step-nephew, Mack.
Andy is preceded in death by twin brother, Randall.
Andy graduated from Riley High School after which he joined the family business, South Bend Chimney. He was an avid hunter, and fisherman. He was very artistic when working with wood.
Cremation has already taken place, there was a small family service which has already taken place. There will be no local services. ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., is assisting the family.
