Falmore B. Harris

Falmore B. Harris, 89, of 4218 Governor's Blvd., died at 2:05 p.m. Monday in Memorial Hospital, following a lengthy illness. He retired in 1978 from National Bank and Trust Co. after 15 years of service. He was born Sept. 26, 1913, in South Bend, and was a lifetime area resident.

On Sept. 4, 1937, in South Bend, he marred Marguerite Drier, who survives, along with three sons, Fal D., Jerry A. and Larry K, all of South Bend; and five grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Hickey Funeral Home, 3516 E. Jefferson Blvd., with Rev. Haven C. Kelley Jr., pastor of Sunnyside Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.

He was a member of the Sunnyside Presbyterian Church and the Scottish Rite South Bend Lodge 294. He was a 1935 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
