Justine (Barkley) Luckey

NILES — Justine B. Luckey, 64, of 1118 Hickory St., was dead on arrival at Pawating Hospital early today, Aug. 28, 1979,. She was born on June 25, 1915, in Lakeville, Ind. and lived most of her lifetime in this area.

On April 30, 1938 in South Bend, she had married Thomas H. Luckey.; He survives with two daughters, Mrs. William (Jalayne) Kee of Quakertown, Pa. and Mrs. Paul (Suzanne) Tregembo of Sterling -Heights, Mich. ; a son Thomas H. Luckey III of Munising, Mich.; seven grandchildren, and two brothers, James E. Barkley of South Bend and John E. Barkley of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.

Services will be at noon on Friday at the Trinity Episcopal Church. Rev. Vincent J. Anderson, pastor of the church, of which she was a member, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Thursday at the Halbritter Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be given to the memorial fund of the church.

Mrs. Luckey was a member of the Niles Music Club; the Seepewa Reading Club; the Altar Guild of the church, and the church choir.
