Margaret Runkle (Andrews) Beyer

SOUTH BEND - Margaret Runkle Beyer, passed away April 15th in Jacksonville, Fl, at the age of 92. She was born on February 1, 1917, to Elizabeth and Bertrum Andrews in South Bend, IN.

She graduated from Riley High School.

Margaret married Raymond A. Beyer and had three children, Terry and wife Kay of South Bend, IN, Judy (deceased) and husband Alex Perez of Elkhart, IN, and Becky and husband, Dan Miller of Jacksonville. They have five grandchildren, Scott and Amy Beyer, Susan Miller, David Miller and wife, Jillian, Jennifer Perez Carfantan and husband, Gerod and a great-grandson, Dean Miller. Margaret was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and good friend to many.

She was a member and volunteer at First United Methodist and Grace United Methodist churches in South Bend.

Services for Margaret will be at 2 p.m. Monday, April 20, in the mausoleum chapel at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park Cemetery, Granger, IN, where friends may call from 1:30 p.m. until service time. Burial will be in the cemetery. The Welsheimer Family funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements. Family and friends may leave e-mail condolences at welshfh@yahoo.com.
