SOUTH BEND — Edward S. Engle, 77, of Dayton Street, died Saturday in Hospice of St. Joseph County. Survivors include his wife, Virginia (Sossoman); two daughters, Diane Engle of South Bend and Barbara Baker of Muncie, Ind.; a son, Dale of St. Joseph; a sister, Margaret Thorton of Jeffersonville, Ind.; and a brother, Marion of Zypherhills, Fla.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Chapel Hill Memorial Gar-dens, Osceola. There will be no visitation. Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola, is in charge of arrangements.
