Aug. 10, 1921 - Dec. 17, 2011 MISHAWAKA - Elizabeth Annette Raynor, 90, passed away at 3:33 AM Saturday, December 17, 2011, at Tanglewood Trace. She was born on August 10, 1921, in Elkhart, IN, to Russell and Mildred (Davidson) Gill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Bell, and then by husband, Fred Raynor.

Mrs. Raynor is survived by her daughter, Karen (Bell) Berg of Kokomo; her son, Kenneth A. Bell of South Bend; and six grandchildren, Kristi (Berg) Smith of St. Joseph, MI, Stephen P. (Susan) Berg of Sherman Oaks, CA, Kevin A. (Allison) Berg of Brunswick, OH, Kimberly (Bell) (Andrew) Bassett of South Bend, Ashley (Bell) (Michael) Everett of Minneapolis, MN, and Cassie Bell of South Bend. Also surviving are 8 great-grandchildren, Gavin Smith, Carmen Smith, McKenzie Berg, Tyler Berg, Foster Kramer, Ellery Bassett, Addisyn Keen and Emersyn Everett; and three special nieces, Lou Ann Spore, Nancy Kirschner and Jeri Lynn Langwith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Mary Louise Langwith, her son-in-law and her daughter-in-law.

Mrs. Raynor was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, South Bend, Delta Delta Delta and Tri Kappa, and was a former member of the Panhellenic Association.

She was a graduate of Riley High School, South Bend, and of DePauw University, Greencastle, IN.

Her hobbies included knitting, Bridge, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 AM Tuesday in Christ the King Catholic Church, 52473 US 33 N., South Bend. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 AM until time of services on Tuesday in the church. Entombment will follow at Riverview Cemetery, South Bend. Palmer Funeral Home-Hickey Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Mrs. Raynor may be made to the Center for Hospice Care, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN 46637.
