SOUTH BEND - Dianna Lynn (West) Fultz, 52, passed away at 10:10 A.M. Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at Ironwood Rehabilitation Center. On December 8, 1961, in South Bend, Indiana, Diana was born to John T. and Lula Bell (Long) West.
Diana was reared in South Bend and graduated from Riley High School.
She and Robert Fultz were married in South Bend in 1997. She was also a member of Faith Apostolic Church. Being around family, watching Western movies and enjoying her animals were among her favorite things to do. Diana leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Tracina Chism, South Bend, Indiana; one son, Sadell (Cindy) Blue, Indianapolis, Indiana; seven grandchildren, Jadlain Blue, Nala Blue, Darius Blue, Arianna Blue, Sedia Blue, Layla Blue and Sadell Blue Jr.; four sisters, Charlotte Ottbridge, Indianapolis, Indiana, Dedra West and Shannon (Marcus) Jackson, South Bend, Indiana, and Tomeka Ford, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; four brothers, Jason West and John T. West, South Bend, Indiana, and Craig (Cathy) West and Robert Allen Williams, Mishawaka, Indiana; her parents, John T. and Lula Bell West of South Bend; along with other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Mark West.
Funeral services for Mrs. Fultz will be held at 12 noon Thursday, February 27, 2014, at Faith Apostolic Church. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the services.
