Victoria A. (Haenes) Samora

April 20, 1943 - October 17, 2007

Victoria A. (Haenes) Samora, 64, residing in South Bend, passed away at 1:35 a.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2007 in Hospice House.

She was born April 20, 1943 in South Bend as the daughter of Charles I. & Fern L. (Bolenbaugh) Haenes, and has remained a lifelong resident of South Bend.

She was a graduate of James Whitcomb Riley High School. Vicky was self-employed in the Home Day Care service.

She is survived by her two loving daughters, Candice Wasmer, and Camila Eggers both of South Bend, and two brothers, Craig I. Haenes of South Bend, and Philip J. (Melodie) Haenes of Cincinnati, OH.

Vicky was preceded in death by her father, Charles on July 8, 2006, and her mother, Fern on November 21, 2006.

Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 20, at Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend. Rev. Steve Stadtmiller of Community Baptist Church will officiate. Graveside services and burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
