I was so saddened by the news that we lost Leon (Lonnie).  He was my neighbor and good friend growing up in Centre Township.  So many wonderfull memories playing together as children.  I will never forget Lonnie.  He was the nicest person anyone could have.  See you some day in Heaven my dear friend.  Sharon Comegys-Huemmer

Amen to everything you said, Sharon. I didn't know Lonnie as well as you did, knew him since 4th grade,

but he was one of the good guys at Centre/Riley. Sincere condolences to his family.

So sad to hear about Lonnie.  He was such a great friend since the first grade.  He was one of the nicest guys you would ever meet. Wish I would have seen him after we graduated, but that was the last time. Heaven is getting a wonderful person, always in my heart.
