Thomas H. Bullock

Thomas "Tommy" Harold Bullock, 87, died February 24, 2010 in Oklahoma City. Tommy was born in Bisbee, AZ to Max Gaston Bullock & Marjorie Grace Hull.

He attended school at James Whitcomb Riley High School, South Bend, IN and received his bachelor's and master's degrees at Indiana University.

Tommy served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He played drums in the Army band and received an honorable discharge in 1946. He also played the drums for nine years during the Big Band era, traveling all over the country and the world.

On November 10, 1955, he married Ida Elizabeth Peeler, and they settled in Memphis, TN. He retired in 1980 from the State of Tennessee as a Rehabilitation Counselor.Tommy was preceded in death by his parents; his twin brother, Robert; his wife, Ida; and a stepson, Wayne Edwards Fowler.He is survived by his stepson, Ron Peeler, and his wife, Marcia; grandsons: Bradley Fowler, David Peeler and Tony Fowler; and his great-grandson, Anthony Fowler.
